- Customer should contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- A refund of the purchase price, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- We will not accept a return item that is damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee, unless the product is not per description.
- You must notify Highland Textile of any returns so that we will be expecting your package.
- Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge could potentially be refused.
